黄芪联合丹参注射液促进异环磷酰胺治疗老年宫颈癌患者增效减毒的机制

摘要：

目的探讨黄芪联合丹参注射液对异环磷酰胺治疗老年宫颈癌患者增效减毒的作用机制。方法 160例老年宫颈癌患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各80例,对照组患者采用异环磷酰胺治疗,观察组在异环磷酰胺治疗的基础上给予黄芪和丹参注射液治疗。治疗前后检测两组患者肿瘤标志物、免疫细胞、炎症因子和肝肾功能水平。结果两组治疗后肿瘤标志物鳞状细胞癌抗原（SCCA）、CA125、癌胚抗原（CEA）和血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、免疫细胞（CD8+）、炎症因子白细胞介素（IL）-4、-6、-10显著降低,且观察组低于对照组;治疗后两组免疫细胞CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和自然杀伤细胞（NK）、炎症因子干扰素（IFN）-γ、IL-2、肝肾功能谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、谷草转氨酶（AST）、尿素氮（BUN）和肌酐（Cre）显著升高,且观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论老年宫颈癌患者在应用异环磷酰胺的同时应用黄芪和丹参注射液能够显著提高癌症的治疗效率,改善患者的免疫功能、肝肾功能,对宫颈癌患者的治疗具有十分重要的临床意义。
