美国学校家长参与过程模型及其启示

摘要
一直以来,美国学校家长参与领域的研究较多聚焦于家长参与重要性和有效性方面,却较少关注家长参与的过程。美国学者胡弗-邓普西和桑德拉基于大量理论和实证研究,构建了家长参与过程模型,并经过多次修订后逐步完善。该模型由家长参与影响因素、家长参与形式、学生对家长参与的感知、学生自身有助于成就的特质及学业成就五个连续层次构成。该模型是美国家长参与研究领域中最全面的理论模型之一,其有效性已获得大量实证研究的验证并在多国广泛应用,可对促进我国家校合作及家长参与提供循证依据和实践指导。
