血清铁蛋白纸片测定法与常规方法的比较附视频

摘要：

目的　建立早期、敏感、准确的铁评价方法。方法　采用常规方法与滤纸斑点法(纸片法 )对 41例健康成人血清铁蛋白含量进行对比研究。结果　两方法所得结果的几何均数分别为 32 .2 μg/L和 30 .5μg/L,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5) ;在铁蛋白含量为 2 .5～ 371 .6μg/L范围内呈高度相关 (r=0 .999,P=0 .0 0 0 1 ) ;纸片法的测定结果与常规法的相符程度高 ;以血清铁蛋白<1 5μg/L为诊断标准 ,纸片法对铁缺乏诊断的敏感性 (sensitivity)为 94.6% ,特异性 (specificity)达 1 0 0 %。结论　纸片法不需冷冻设备 ,血样可在室温下保存与运送 ,血清用量少 ,毛细血管采血即可满足要求 ,具有简便、可靠、实用等优点 ,便于血清铁蛋白在现场铁营养状况评价中的应用。
