重复经颅磁刺激对脑性瘫痪并发癫痫患儿智力发育的影响

摘要
目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)对脑瘫并发癫痫患儿智力的影响。方法脑瘫并发癫痫患儿156例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=70)和治疗组(n=86)。对照组采用中西医结合综合康复,治疗组在对照组基础上加用r TMS。2个月和4个月后,分别用Gesell发育量表适应性发育商(DQ)及婴幼儿智能发育检查量表智力发育指数(MDI)进行评估。结果两组患儿DQ和MDI两次评分治疗组均显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 r TMS能促进脑瘫并发癫痫患儿的智力发育。
