过氧化物酶与植物抗病性研究进展

摘要
综述了过氧化物酶在植物抗病性方面的研究进展 ,认为病原物的侵染诱导导致植物过氧化物酶活性升高和过氧化物酶同工酶种类发生改变。这些高活性的过氧化物酶或特异性的同工酶 ,或由于催化合成了杀菌物质 ,或由于提高了木质素、木栓质的生物合成而形成物理屏障 ,或者由于参与乳突形成和颗粒状沉积物的积累 ,从而构成了植物的一般抗病性和非专化抗病性。各种过氧化物酶的专化性有所不同 ,它们在植物抗病性中的作用也不尽一样。导入过氧化物酶基因 ,构成组成型表达的转基因植物 ,不一定能有效地抵抗病原物的侵袭。
