摘要：

糖尿病 (DM)不但造成肾小球损害 ,也会造成肾小管损害。DM时肾小管病变可发生在肾小球病变之前、之后或同时发生。病变初期表现为肾小管基底膜增厚、小管数目增加及小管肥大 ,后期发生肾小管萎缩及间质纤维化。发病机制可能与高血糖等因素有关。治疗除了控制血糖、血压外 ,尚缺乏特异方法。
