occludin、ZO-1在不同来源血管内皮细胞的表达差异

摘要
目的探讨occludin、ZO-1在低-未分化胃癌、高-中分化胃癌、幼年性毛细血管瘤、浅表性胃炎胃黏膜、脐静脉5种标本中血管内皮细胞中的分布与表达。方法应用组织芯片技术及免疫组织化学技术检测occludin、ZO-1在5种不同来源的血管内皮细胞的表达,并分别进行表达差异性比较。结果 occludin与Zo-1在5组标本血管内皮细胞中的表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),非胃癌组血管内皮细胞中二者的高表达率高于胃癌组(P<0.005),并且其表达率与血管所在的组织分化程度呈正相关,胃癌分化程度高,二者在血管内皮细胞的高表达率亦高。结论 occludin与Zo-1在血管内皮细胞的表达下调可能在肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移过程中发挥一定的作用。
