<正>阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种以进行性认知障碍和记忆力损害为主的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,以老年斑(SP),神经元纤维缠结(NFT)和突触丢失为主要病理改变。构成SP的主要成分是β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)。现在普遍认为AD主要是由大脑特异区域的Aβ神经毒性蓄积所引起〔1〕。星形胶质细胞(Astro-cyte,AC)是中枢神经系统的免疫吞噬细胞,是胶质细胞的主要类别,几乎囊括了胶质细胞的所有功能。在神经退行性疾病,
