<正> 慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)是以胃黏膜固有腺体萎缩为主要变化特征的胃黏膜慢性炎性反应,是一种多致病因素性疾病及癌前病变。CAG的发生除HP感染外,还与胆汁反流、宿主遗传性、获得感染时的年龄、宿主酸分泌状态以及高盐、低维生素饮食等有关。目前,主要
