摘要：

通过对当今国际建筑业信息化领域的研究进行综合分析后提出:虚拟设计与施工代表了信息技术对建筑业集成化管理的新方向,是斯坦福大学设施集成化工程中心2001年提出的建筑业信息化领域的崭新思想,其核心内容可以用产品-组织-过程模型来概括,其发展要经历自动化、虚拟可视化、集成化3个阶段.在系统介绍了其理论体系后,结合案例对虚拟设计与施工在迪斯尼音乐厅项目上的应用效果进行了分析.
