摘要：

<正>脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)是神经内科的一种常见病与多发病,系指非外伤性脑实质内出血,具有较高的病死率及致残率。ICH急性期脑组织发生一系列的病理生理学变化,包括原发性损伤如血肿机械压迫、血肿增大,继发性损伤如血红蛋白毒性作用、凝血酶释放、局部脑组织血流量减少、炎性反应等。虽然ICH急性期的内外科治疗已经取得了很大的进步,但近年来治疗理念未见明显改观,治疗效果仍不理想,目前
