摘要：

以抗凝药物合作治疗管理为例,介绍美国纽约州临床药师参与合作药物治疗管理的主要过程,临床药师参与患者的抗凝药物治疗可显著提高治疗效果,并减少药物不良反应发生;合作药物治疗管理法律肯定了临床药师的作用。
