摘要：

TWEAK是肿瘤坏死因子超家族新发现的成员,广泛表达于人体各种组织细胞中,通过与其受体Fn14特异性结合发挥生物学效应。TWEAK不仅能够诱导细胞凋亡,而且具有调节血管生成、促进炎性反应、调节机体免疫等功能。最新研究认为,TWEAK及其受体Fn14与风湿性疾病发病密切相关,可能成为风湿性疾病治疗的新靶点。
