脓毒症的阶段性生物标志物

摘要
近年来,为数众多的脓毒症相关生物标志物被发现和报道,但对于其中大部分的产生机制与临床意义众说纷纭、莫衷一是,反而令人眼花缭乱无所适从。本文试图根据脓毒症不同病理生理阶段将各种生物标志物进行梳理分类,希望有助于人们了解、诊断炎症反应不同阶段的损伤程度与器官功能状态,以便针对疾病不同病理生理阶段进行更早、更特异、也更加有效的诊断与治疗。
