摘要：

肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种常见的功能性胃肠病,其发病机制尚未完全阐明,可能与胃肠动力异常、内脏高敏感、精神心理应激、脑-肠轴功能紊乱、免疫和内分泌系统紊乱等有关。本文就IBS发病机制的相关研究进展作一综述。
