摘要：

<正>溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是一种高发病率、高复发率的慢性疾病,目前其病因尚未明确,发病机制复杂,通常认为是遗传因素、环境因素和免疫因素等共同作用所致。UC主要临床症状表现为腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便等,病变多累及直肠和乙状结肠,25%以上的UC患者有肠外表现,如周围关节炎、皮肤损害等[1-2]。现将其治疗研究进展作一综述。1 治疗目标由于病因未明,以往治疗UC主要针对临床症状,诱导缓解并维持治疗。近年
