我国区域科技创新政策的系统性分类——基于中关村数据的研究

摘要：

以中关村国家自主创新示范区数据为例,采用文本挖掘方法对区域科技创新政策的分类进行系统分析。实证结果表明区域科技创新政策可分为权威型、指导型、紧迫型及阶段型,并通过功能类型、作用强度、资源供给、金额力度及持续效力对比分析了不同类型区域科技创新政策的特点。最后,提出了局限性及下一步研究方向。
