外商直接参与、间接溢出与工业企业生存

摘要：

本文采用中国2000-2007年规模以上工业企业数据,以Cox比例风险模型估计了外资直接参与和间接溢出对工业企业生存的影响。估计结果表明:外资直接参与能够降低企业失败率;在控制了生产率和规模等关键变量后,这一结果依然显著;在水平、前向和后向三种溢出方式中,仅后向溢出可显著提高企业生存率。
