多发伤患者降钙素原的变化和并发症相关性研究

摘要：

目的:探讨降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)在不同创伤类型、不同严重程度多发伤患者中的变化和并发症相关性。方法:前瞻性观察54名监护室多发伤患者,最初24hISS评分,第1～7天PCT、脓毒症评分,28d的存活率。结果:创伤后多数患者PCT数值适度增高,峰值出现在第1～2天,此后迅速回落。PCT高值的患者更易并发脓毒症、不良临床结局。结论:PCT提供对预后判断的信息,是一个预测多发伤早期脓毒症发生快速有效的指标。
