摘要：

妊娠的维持依赖于胎盘绒毛的正常发育与血管生成,而其又受到一系列血管生成因子的调控。许多病理妊娠都存在这些因子表达模式的改变。对胎盘绒毛发育的研究将有助于对妊娠及其并发症本质的认识。
