确定国际科学技术政策研究的高产国家与高产机构合作网络,对我国科学技术政策研究者具有重要参考价值。在国家层面,国际科学技术政策研究领域形成了以美国、英格兰、荷兰和德国为中心的三个主要合作研究网络;在机构层面主要包括以英国苏塞克斯大学、美国哈佛大学、英国曼彻斯特大学和美国麻省理工学院为中心的四个合作研究网络。
