摘要：

产学研合作对于提升高校教学科研水平、促进企业技术进步、增强地区和国家竞争力都具有非常重要的作用。本文分别对大学、企业及政府产学研合作的动机进行分析,对产学研合作中存在的限制性因素进行探究,最后提出促进产学研合作的对策建议。
