西方消费者渠道选择行为研究评析

摘要
因特网作为新型销售渠道,使得消费者的购物行为在多渠道环境下出现新的变化,很多消费者在不同的购物阶段穿梭于不同的渠道。本文通过梳理国外相关文献发现,基于购物过程的消费者渠道选择方面的研究尚处于起步阶段,但相关的研究成果已可以帮助我们形成对消费者渠道选择行为的基本认识。本文从研究视角、研究方法以及渠道选择影响因素三个方面对相关文献进行了分析和总结,指出目前研究所存在的不足,并提出了在我国开展该领域研究的若干看法。
