紫杉醇治疗卵巢癌的新进展

摘要：

近年来,紫杉醇在卵巢癌治疗中的应用取得了一系列大进展。包括:(1)紫杉醇(泰素)/铂类(TP)优于环磷酰胺/铂类(CP);(2)紫杉醇配伍卡铂与配伍顺铂相比疗效相似,副作用较小;(3)紫杉醇周疗方案对卵巢癌是有效且可耐受的,越来越受到重视。本文对此三方面进行了综述。
