他汀类药物在缺血性脑卒中的应用进展

摘要：

调脂药他汀类药物对脑卒中患者预后改善及降低缺血性脑卒中发生风险有益。本文针对他汀类药物改善血管内皮细胞功能、抑制血管炎症反应、稳定粥样硬化斑块、抗血小板聚集、抑制血栓形成及增加循环内皮祖细胞数量等多效性作用,综述他汀类药物对缺血性脑血管损伤的神经保护作用。
