抗氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白抗体的检测及其与动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展

低密度脂蛋白的升高及其发生氧化修饰形成氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白 (ox LDL)是动脉粥样硬化 (AS)发生发展的关键步骤。它可以通过四种机制参与AS的形成过程。但ox LDL可以通过免疫学机制参与动脉粥样硬化的发生并未引起太多的注意。ox LDL具有较强的免疫原性 ,血液中也可以检测到抗ox LDL自身抗体。实际上 ,这不仅仅反映了ox LDL可存在于血液循环中 ,此抗体本身及其形成的免疫复合物在动脉粥样硬化的发病机理中可能发挥更为重要的作用。
