星状神经节阻滞治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效观察

摘要：

目的探讨星状神经节阻滞对颈源性头痛的临床治疗效果。方法选择56例颈源性头痛患者进行星状神经节阻滞治疗,观察其临床治疗效果。结果56例患者中有40例治疗后获得明显的治疗效果,治疗前后差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论颈源性头痛的产生与颈部的交感神经受激有关,星状神经节阻滞是颈源性头痛的一种有效的治疗方法
