团队反思的影响效果与影响因素分析

摘要
团队反思是影响团队创新与团队效能的重要因素。本文先从团队反思的影响效果与影响因素两个方面对已有的团队反思研究文献进行了综述;然后对研究现状进行了评析;最后概括了团队反思的研究框架,指出了已有研究的不足,并对未来研究进行了展望。
