摘要:
SOCS-3是细胞因子信号传导抑制因子(SOCS)家族成员之一,作为JAK-STAT通路的负反馈抑制因子,一方面在瘦素抵抗所致的肥胖中起重要作用,并且在其他细胞因子刺激下调节脂代谢;另一方面SOCS-3作用于胰岛素与受体结合到最后靶分子过程中的多个环节,抑制胰岛素信号传导,导致胰岛素抵抗,从而引起2型糖尿病。但SOCS-3与1型糖尿病的关系尚不明确。
