摘要：

人类胚胎基因编辑为罹患不治之症的儿童带来了福音的同时,也对人类传统观念产生了冲击,引发了一系列伦理、法律和社会争议。对此技术的伦理反思从安全性和不可预见的后果、操纵生殖细胞系、缺乏知情同意、基因编辑作为优生手段、科学主义的陷阱几个方面来探讨。面对这一新兴技术,倡导公众谨慎面对,监督科研方向;同时也指出制定"基因技术法"的必要性,加强对基因技术的伦理监管。科研人员对编辑人类胚胎基因的研究应三思而行,避免先进的技术剑走偏锋。
