摘要：

低氧预适应可提高脑耐缺氧能力 ,产生低氧预适应的保护性因素包括能量代谢降低 ;腺苷水平升高 ;氨基酸类递质含量变化 ;ATP敏感性钾通道开放 ;超氧化物歧化物活性增强 ;一氧化氮的双重调节作用 ;Bcl 2高表达等诸多因素。
