摘要：

本文面向技术创新,展开对技术标准形成路径的研究,旨在为提高我国的技术标准整体水平,进而提升我国的自主创新能力提供理论参考和借鉴.面向技术创新的技术标准形成路径包括技术路径、经济路径和规制路径,技术标准的形成以技术为基础,以经济为动力,同时受到规制主体的作用,技术标准正是在这三个方面因素的综合作用下建立、发展和替代.
