局麻药佐剂在区域阻滞中应用的研究进展

<正>目前,可以作为局麻药佐剂的药物主要具有阿片类药物、糖皮质激素、α-2受体激动剂、苯二氮卓类药物等,这些药物作为佐剂的给药途径包括蛛网膜下腔阻滞、硬膜外阻滞和周围神经阻滞,通常有延长感觉或运动阻滞作用时间的作用,可改善患者术后早期疼痛评分,降低24 h内阿片类药物需求量,并且不良反应少见,综述如下。一、阿片类药物阿片类药物作为局麻药佐剂在临床中应用出现较早,包括椎管内麻醉及周围神经阻滞,其相比其他
