摘要：

以往的电子政务服务研究大多侧重于对非移动服务的研究。伴随着无线通信技术的日益成熟和移动便携设备(如手机、PAD、蓝牙等)性能的完善与应用的普及,移动政务服务逐渐为公众所熟悉并展开了广泛的研究与探讨。通过对相关文献的梳理,发现国外针对移动政务服务的研究起步较早,研究视角宽泛,但至今尚未形成系统的移动政务服务理论体系;研究方法以应用性研究为主,出现较多介绍移动政务服务的应用实例;研究内容主要集中在移动政务服务的采纳与使用、安全、实现与转换以及应用环境分析。文章在对国外移动政务服务研究进展进行梳理的基础上,力图全面把握国外移动政务服务的研究进展,并由此提出未来研究值得关注的问题和方向,以期为国内相关研究与实践提供借鉴。
