毒蕈乙酰胆碱受体亚型关系的研究

摘要
利用不同类型的生物学数据,运用生物信息学方法和策略,从分子进化、序列相似性、表达相关性以及蛋白互作4个层面对M受体亚型之间的关系进行了比较全面的研究。分析表明,从分子进化和序列相似性角度,毒蕈乙酰胆碱受体5种亚型可分为2个亚类,分别为M1、M3、M5亚类(第一亚类)与M2、M4亚类(第二亚类),每一亚类内部亚型之间进化距离相对较近,序列相似性较高。在表达层面发现第一亚类中受体亚型与第二亚类中受体亚型在某些组织中正表达相关,呈现共表达趋势。在互作层面发现两亚类之间受体亚型存在着间接互作的关系,呈现协同作用的现象。
