骨质疏松和骨关节炎是临床常见病，发病机制虽有不同，但二者发生发展过程中均与雌激素和细胞因子有着密不可分的关系，雌激素和细胞因子水平的高低可作为判断骨质疏松和骨关节炎进展情况的依据。本文就骨质疏松及骨关节炎与雌激素和细胞因子关系的研究进展进行综述，旨在为临床提供参考。
