<正>急性脊髓损伤是一种严重的中枢神经系统损伤性疾病,甲基强的松龙(methylprednisolone,MP)是目前唯一被证实有效的神经保护剂。在过去40年里,尽管大量基础研究和临床试验相继开展研究MP是否能有效治疗急性脊髓损伤,但其疗效仍存在争议。自美国国家急性脊髓损伤研究(National Acute Spinal Cord Injury Study,NASCIS)
