基于镜像治疗mu rhythm脑电信号变化的研究

摘要
目的:观察在活动想象、被动活动及活动执行中进行镜像治疗的正常受试对象的mu rhythm脑电信号的变化。方法:选取福建中医药大学14名健康大学生作为受试对象,分别对每位受试对象执行活动想象、被动活动和主动活动3种方式的镜像治疗,并使用Neuroscan 4.5系统采集这3种方式的镜像治疗过程中mu rhythm脑电信号,与静息状态下的mu rhythm脑电信号进行对比分析。结果:3种方式的镜像治疗下,CZ、CPZ、P3、C3 4个电极上均出现mu suppression(μ抑制)现象;其中活动想象和主动活动方式下CZ、P3、C3电极上的μ抑制均比被动活动方式下明显(P<0.05)。结论:镜像治疗可引起mu rhythm脑电信号的变化,出现μ抑制现象,镜像治疗中活动想象与主动活动的治疗方式对mu rhythm脑电信号的变化有重要作用。
