摘要：

从反生产力工作行为在组织行为学中所属的构念体系、反生产力工作行为的维度和种类,以及反生产力工作行为的研究范式3个方面对反生产力工作行为的研究进行综述。在此基础上展望了该领域未来的3个研究方向:反生产力工作行为的本土研究、朝向顾客的反生产力工作行为研究以及群体反生产力工作行为研究。
