摘要：

2型糖尿病是我国常见的慢性疾病之一,是胰岛素调控葡萄糖代谢能力下降伴胰岛素分泌减少为病理特征的代谢性疾病。人体肠道存在各种菌群,发挥其正常的生理功能,与人体健康息息相关。目前已意识到肠道菌群与糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、GLP-1、GLP-2分泌等密切相关。中医认为"气阴亏虚,热毒为患"是2型糖尿病现阶段重要的中医病机,调理中医"脾胃"、改善肠道菌群,对修复肠道黏膜受损、胰岛素抵抗、慢性炎症等具有积极的临床意义。从中西医方面对肠道菌群与2型糖尿病相关性研究予以综述。
