老年脑卒中患者危险因素分析

摘要：

目的分析影响老年脑卒中患者预后的相关危险因素, 为提高患者预后提供理论基础。方法以本科室2011年1月至2013年12月收治的188例老年脑卒中患者为研究对象, 调查患者临床资料, 分析其预后情况及影响其预后的相关危险因素。结果预后良好占52.7%(99/188), 预后较差占47.3%(89/188);预后良好组患者年龄明显小于预后较差组患者年龄, 差异有统计学意义(t=1.7930, P<0.05)。单因素分析表明, 脑卒中患者预后与患者的年龄、脑梗死部位、病灶大小、高血压、糖尿病、饮酒和吸烟等危险因素有关(t=1.7930, χ2=8.6473、15.046、13.1334、4.1536、5.7004、5.9043, 均P<0.05), 而与患者的性别、脑卒中家族史、高脂血症和心脏病无明显联系。多因素Logistic分析表明, 脑卒中患者预后与患者的年龄(OR=1.072)、病灶大小(OR=3.481)、高血压(OR=2.034)、糖尿病(OR=1.631)和吸烟(OR=3.144)等危险因素有关。结论结合患者个体实际, 劝导戒除不良嗜好, 积极治疗高血压和糖尿病等原发病, 有利于脑卒中患者预后。
