摘要：

复杂系统视角强调反化约主义、动态演化、非线性、涌现和自组织等核心观点,并综合多学科的理论假设,为群体行动和制度演化提供了一般性解释框架。复杂系统视角下的治理机制要求管理者超越一般的管控思维,通过多元治理机制使系统稳定、高效,又能不断演化以适应外界环境的变化。本文以复杂理论整合已有理论文献和经典研究,剖析组织理论演进的内在逻辑,构建复杂系统视角的组织研究框架。复杂系统的组织研究框架是能动与结构的整合,从而理解不同层次的系统特征,关注组织内和组织间的联系,以及关键节点的战略选择与结构性条件的结合。本研究的贡献在于:总结出组织理论中的复杂系统视角,提出组织研究的复杂系统分析框架与核心思维,为中国组织管理研究提供新的理论视角与实证研究取径。
