摘要
近年来,高甘油三酯血症与动脉粥样硬化之间的关系已成为新的研究热点。高甘油三酯血症患者血中胆固醇酯转运蛋白(CETP)的增加介导了脂蛋白之间的脂质交换,通过载脂蛋白CⅢ增加甘油三酯脂蛋白的含量,通过高表达血小板CD40L促进动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。本文就最新的流行病学调查数据和相关分子机制研究进行综述,并简要介绍相关药物的研究进展。希望进一步明确甘油三酯在动脉粥样硬化发生发展过程中的重要作用,为防治动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病提供参考。
