气温骤降对高血压病人循环系统的影响

摘要
目的探讨气温骤降对高血压病人循环系统的影响。方法比较114例血压控制稳定的高血压病人在气温骤降前后血压和心率的变化。结果 (1)气温骤降前病人收缩压135.53±12.83mmHg。舒张压79.08±9.79mmHg,血压控制达到目标血压 ;(2)气温骤降后病人收缩压上升13.29±12.64mmHg(P<0.01),舒张压上升3.29±7.28mmHg(P<0.01) ;(3)气温骤降前病人心率78.71±9.81次/分 ,气温骤降后心率下降0.35±10.98(P>0.05)。结论气温骤降时即使原来血压稳定的高血压病人血压仍会升高 ,应加强血压监测及强化治疗
