摘要：

劳动需求弹性刻画劳动市场稳定性与就业风险,研究全球化对劳动需求弹性的影响具有普遍、广泛的意义。理论上,全球化主要通过替代效应和规模效应影响劳动需求弹性,进口、出口、外包以及外商直接投资均会改变劳动需求弹性。但是对于两者关系的实证检验,目前却没有得出确切的结论。本文对有关文献进行了梳理并作了评述。
