乳腺癌新辅助化疗疗效与疾病预后研究进展

摘要：

新辅助化疗用于乳腺癌已有多年,并已取得可喜成绩,但其远期疗效及对疾病预后的影响尚不明确。据目前资料显示,乳腺癌新辅助化疗后,乳腺及腋窝淋巴结均无浸润性癌及原位癌成分的病理完全缓解的患者有着较好的远期获益,而对于侵袭性较强分子分型的乳腺癌,即使达病理完全缓解的患者仍有相对较高的转移复发风险。目前,尚少见新辅助化疗后残余病灶继续治疗的大型临床试验报道,故该方面的研究成为今后关注的课题。本文对新辅助化疗后病理完全缓解或尚有残余病灶继续治疗的相关研究进行综述,为临床深入开展该疗法提供参考。
