<正>一、MicroRNA概述MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类长度约为19~25个核苷酸的小分子RNA,通过与mRNA互补结合,在转录后水平抑制靶基因的表达。1993年Lee等首次在线虫中发现,基因Lin-4通过转录生成的RNA调控虫体的发育过程。2000年
