摘要：

<正> 妊娠糖尿病是妊娠期首次发生的严重程度不同的糖耐量减低。由于妊娠糖尿病伴有明显的代谢改变,如不及时诊断和治疗,孕产妇及胎婴儿患病率和死亡率明显增加,产妇及其后代远期患病率增加。妊娠糖尿病的近期患病率包括妊娠高血压、剖宫产、胎儿发育异常、自然流产、早产、羊水过多、死胎、宫内窒息、巨大儿、产伤、新生儿低糖血症、高胆红素血症、低钙血症、红细胞增多症等。远期
