摘要
基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)是基质金属蛋白酶类的重要成员,是MMPs相互作用的关键酶。MMP-2参与动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展,其水平受多种因素的影响。MMP-2的基因多态性与血浆MMP-2的水平相关,共同参与动脉粥样硬化相关各种疾病的发生、发展。现从MMP-2和其基因多态性与动脉粥样硬化相关的疾病关系进行综述。
