摘要：

<正> 功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)是一种异质性疾病,复杂的病理生理机制导致了的临床表现多样性。已经证实胃排空延缓、胃容受性障碍和内脏高敏感在FD的发病中起一定作用,精神心理因素在FD发病中的作用以及精神心理干预的疗效也越来越引起人们的重视。
